Yesterday I was at Glasgow (Ashfield) for The Heathersfield silver Helmet. It was won by a young (17) Czech rider Matej Kus.
He was there with his mentor Adrian Rymel.
Cal McDade won the George Beaton memorial trophy as top Scot and was third overall.
Steven Jones (Eng) was second.
The good news is that Ashfield plan to start up winter training schools soon. Guess who will be there ????
